Up hold on to it and thenget rid of a theory that’s not what wedid and so a couple weeks ago my misterand I watch your documentary and we werelike whoa this is awesome and so itstarted like a week of like let’s getrid of all this crap like God the drillpeopleI’m glad you didn’t wait to read a bookto start getting better I figured youcovered it in the movie that’s whateverybody else does so but but so then Iforgot we were going on vacation firstvacation in forever and we went to Miamiand so I packed everything I had leftthat was kind of remotely acceptable for80 degree weather into a suitcase thatI’ve actively gotten drunk in and sit inand just hoped it was under the weightlimit so he didn’t have to pay like theextra baggage charge I don’t really knowwhat was in there it was a lot of stuffand so we get down there and we’re inlike actively like Miami South Beachwhere like where the people are bowlingalleys in their house are or people wholike bedazzle their eyebrows like we sawso much oh yes we took a we like wherewe. Could address it address it a lotearlier and so now with my partner weconstantly have difficult conversationswe talk about our values a lot we talkabout our beliefs and we talk aboutwhether or not we still want to be inthis relationship and that sounds harshat first but you we know that we’re bothwilling to walk away from therelationship now and because of that itmakes it so much stronger because youalways know that other person is therenot other convenience or out ofproximity but because they really wantto be thereI wanted to say it’s impossible I wouldsay it’s impossible to be with someonethat has different core values therebetween two people of different corevalues but it certainly makes itchallenging right I mean you know when Ifirst met Mariahwe got along really really well thenlike at some point you know she’s likeyou know I’m not a minimalist she’s likeI really want to be a minimalist like Ifelt like you know 60 pairs of shoes andyou know that for me it was there’s likeactually 62 pairs of shoes yeah you

Aredragging you to all these meetings andstuff and he found himself being like hewas he was losing his time to createwhen we were we were sitting down withthe The Today Show yesterday when theycame out here to talk with us one of thethings you talked about with the gal Jowho was who was interviewing us isprotecting your mornings and your whatyou really time I was protecting thiscreative time or this time for health orwhatever it might be and for Rob what hedid is he rented a like just a crappyoffice with just a desk and a chair init downtown away from home away from hishis office at work and it was just thisoffice it was solely for creating and hesaid I would go there and spend two tofour hours a dayand as long as I was creating for atleast a couple hours a day then it wasworth it to me even though I had tospend you know a few hundred dollars amonth in order to do that so if youroutcome is creativity drew then maybe itmakes sense for that extra money but isthat creativity worth the worth themoney you’re giving. And old paintings andmore doilies than I could count and herkitchen was stuffed with plates and cupsand bowls and utensils and her bathroomwas stuffed with enough hygiene productsto start a small beauty supply businessand her linen closet it looked likesomeone was running a hotel out of herlinen closet I was stuffed withmismatched bath towels and beach towelsand dish towels and bed sheets andblankets and quilts and then I wentthrough her bedroom now can anybody tellme why mom had 14 winter coats stuffedinto her bedroom closetsome still had tags on them 14 now shelived in st Pete Beach Florida yeahsuffice to say mom owned a lot of stuffright and I had no idea what to do withany of it so I did what any good sonwould doI called you Hall called u haul and Iasked the largest truck they had in factI needed a one so large I had to wait anextra day for the 26 foot truck truck toarrive and as I waited I invited somemom’s friends over to help me deal withher stuff there’s just too much stuff togo at it alone and I call it
